目前国产常温常压蒸呢设备中,N711为第一代产品,MB441为第二代产品,,WPF-900属第三代产品。

一、 第三代新型高效蒸呢机与N711(第一代),MB441(第二代)蒸呢机相比,具有以下新特点:
I. Compared with N711 (first generation) and MB441 (second generation) wool steamers, the third generation of new high-efficiency wool steamers have the following new features:

1、蒸呢衬布不易潮。主要采取了三种措施:
1, steamed interlining is not easy to tide. Three main measures were taken:

A:在执行自动蒸呢过程中,首先执行的程序是自动排放外部管道内的冷凝水。(目的是不让外部管道内的冷凝水进入蒸辊)

B:当蒸汽进入蒸辊后,由于被加工织物、蒸呢衬布、蒸辊内壁的温度远比蒸汽温度低,所以蒸汽遇冷要进行冷热置换,此时蒸辊内会积压大量冷凝水,如不及时排出,冷凝水与蒸汽同时会渗透至蒸呢衬布及织物上,使被加工织物产生水印,而该机能使积压在蒸辊内的冷凝水经特殊喷嘴由内向外排放。
B: When the steam enters the steaming roll, because the temperature of the processed fabric, the liner and the inner wall of the steaming roll is much lower than that of the steam, the steam should be replaced by heat and cold when it is cold. At this time, a large amount of condensate water will be accumulated in the steaming roll. C:当机器处于出布状态时,程序自动开启烘辊蒸汽阀门,使暂留在衬布上的湿气经烘辊烘干。

2、蒸呢衬布不会跑偏。(机器装有一套光电自动对中装置)

3、进出布操作简单。(只需操纵一根操作杆,即可完成向前、向后、停止、升速、降速的操作)

6、蒸呢有手动和自动二种工作方式(可选):

7、蒸呢开汽前程序自动调整蒸辊位置,冒汽时蒸辊停止在固定位,(不运转)且蒸呢衬布不需与下辊脱开。 (与N711,MB441不同)

8、出布有输送带输送,能实现边出布边抽冷,(出布时也可以选择不抽冷)落布方式有二种可选(马鞍式放置或平板式放置)。

10、机器上装有一套特殊的外蒸汽补偿装置(选购件),其最大优点是:使蒸呢后的织物无内外层差异,达到内外温度均匀一致。经测温纸检测,N711与MB441蒸呢机在蒸呢过程中内外层温度差异在10~15℃左右,而新型蒸呢机如果不加补偿装置内外层温度差异在5℃左右,当增加了补偿装置后内外层温度相同。这套装置能有效控制因蒸呢后产生的色不符和匹差。

This device can effectively control the color discrepancy and deviation caused by steaming.

蒸辊、包布储布辊,出布辊均采用交流变频电机传动,变频调速,传动平稳,同步调速精确稳定,对速度及张力控制精度高。

12、PLC、触摸屏、变频器组成一套先进的控制系统,触摸屏设计了丰富的界面,操作触摸屏可以很方便地对各种工艺参数及程序进行选取、设定,调整和更改,从而获得最佳的蒸呢效果。通过触摸屏还可以很方便地观察随机运行情况。
12. PLC, touch screen and frequency converter constitute an advanced control system. Touch screen has a rich interface. Operating touch screen can easily select, set, adjust and change various process parameters and procedures, so as to obtain the best steaming effect. The random operation can be easily observed through touch screen.
